1. Program Description
BestKtown Operational Alerts provides recurring transactional and service-related text messages, including new order notifications, reservation and appointment notifications, customer inquiry alerts, account notices, and service-status updates.
2. Consent to Receive Messages
By selecting the SMS consent checkbox and saving your mobile number, you expressly consent to receive automated and non-automated text messages from BestKtown at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. The mobile number field and SMS enrollment are optional.
3. Message Frequency and Charges
Message frequency varies based on your orders, bookings, inquiries, and account activity. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's terms and charges also apply.
4. Opt Out
Reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to stop receiving BestKtown operational alerts. You may also disable SMS alerts in your BestKtown business dashboard. After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message and no further messages unless you opt in again by replying START or enabling SMS alerts in the dashboard.

7. Availability and Delivery
Message delivery is subject to carrier availability and network conditions. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. SMS is a convenience alert and does not replace the order, reservation, or inquiry records shown in your BestKtown dashboard.
8. Changes to These Terms
BestKtown may update these terms as the messaging program changes. Continued enrollment after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms, subject to applicable law.
